The karrie.ai app is separate. The karrie.ai app has its own Terms at https://app.karrie.ai/terms and its own Privacy Policy. These Terms do not cover the app.

Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle your information. By using our website or coaching services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use them.

1. Who can use our services

You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding agreement to use our website and coaching services.

2. What coaching is, and what it is not

Our coaching is educational and supportive. It is designed to help you think through your business, marketing and goals.

Coaching is not therapy, counseling, or mental health care, and it is not medical, legal, financial, investment, accounting or tax advice. Karrie Christen is not acting as your therapist, doctor, attorney, financial advisor or accountant. For those needs, please consult a qualified licensed professional.

3. No guaranteed results

We do not guarantee any particular outcome, including clients, income, revenue, sales or business growth. Any examples, testimonials or results we share are not typical or promised. Your results depend on many factors, including your effort, your market and circumstances outside our control.

4. Your decisions are yours

You are responsible for your own decisions and actions, and for the results of anything you choose to do based on our coaching, materials or conversations.

5. Bookings and rescheduling

You can book calls and sessions through our website or booking links. Please arrive on time and give as much notice as you can if you need to reschedule or cancel. We may reschedule if something comes up on our end, and we will try to give you reasonable notice.

Specific fees, payment terms, cancellation rules and refunds are set out in your signed coaching agreement or the offer you accept at checkout. If you have a signed coaching agreement and it conflicts with these Terms, your signed agreement controls.

6. karrie.ai text messages

When you give us your mobile number and opt in, you agree to receive karrie.ai text messages. These may include booking confirmations, appointment reminders, rescheduling notices, follow-ups about your questionnaire or coaching, and, if you opted in to marketing, occasional offers and updates.

• Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchase.
• Message frequency varies.
• Message and data rates may apply.
• Reply STOP to opt out at any time. You will receive one confirmation message.
• Reply HELP for help, or email support@karrie.ai.
• Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Mobile information and SMS opt-in consent will not be shared or sold to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. See our Privacy Policy for details.

7. Our materials

Our website content, worksheets, frameworks, recordings, templates, emails and other materials are owned by us or our licensors and protected by intellectual property laws. We give you a personal, non-transferable right to use materials we provide to you for your own business. You may not copy, resell, republish, share publicly, or create competing products from them without our written permission.

8. Acceptable conduct

When using our website or services, please do not:

• Harass, threaten or abuse Karrie, our team or other clients.
• Provide false information or impersonate someone else.
• Record sessions without our permission.
• Interfere with our website, try to access it without authorization, or use bots or scrapers on it.
• Use our services for anything unlawful.

We may suspend or end services if you break these Terms, subject to any signed agreement you have with us.

9. Disclaimers

Our website and services are provided "as is" and "as available." To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not promise that our website will be uninterrupted, error-free or free of harmful components.

10. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, karrie.ai, Karrie Christen and our team will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data or business opportunities, arising from or related to our website or services.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim related to our website or services will not exceed the amount you paid us for the services giving rise to the claim in the three months before the claim arose, or one hundred US dollars if you paid nothing.

Some places do not allow certain limitations, so some of these may not apply to you.

11. Indemnity

You agree to defend, indemnify and hold harmless karrie.ai, Karrie Christen and our team from claims, losses and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your use of our services, your decisions and actions, or your violation of these Terms or the law.

12. Time limit for claims

To the fullest extent permitted by law, any claim related to our website or services must be brought within one year after it arises. Otherwise, it is permanently barred.

13. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, without regard to conflict of law rules. Any dispute will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Colorado, and you consent to their jurisdiction.

14. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will post the new version on this page and update the effective date. Your continued use of our website or services after an update means you accept the updated Terms.

15. General

If any part of these Terms is found unenforceable, the rest stays in effect. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. You may not transfer your rights under these Terms without our consent.
