Privacy Policy
Effective October 19, 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how The Client Attraction Formula, LLC, a Colorado limited liability company ("karrie.ai," "we," "us," or "our"), collects, uses and shares information through the karrie.ai website and our coaching services. That includes booking a call, filling out our questionnaire, text messages and emails from us, and coaching sessions with Karrie Christen.
The karrie.ai app is separate. The karrie.ai app has its own Privacy Policy at https://app.karrie.ai/privacy. This policy does not cover the app, and the app's policy does not cover our coaching services.
By using our website or coaching services, you agree to this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use them.
1. Information we collect
Information you give us. This may include:
- Contact details, such as your name, email address and phone number.

Information collected automatically. Like most websites, our website and the tools we use to run it may automatically collect technical information, such as your browser type, device, IP address, pages visited and how you arrived at our site. This may be collected using cookies, pixels and similar technologies. You can control cookies through your browser settings, though some features may not work without them.
Please do not send sensitive information. Please do not send us Social Security numbers, bank or card numbers, passwords, health records or similar sensitive information through our forms, texts or emails. 3. Coaching sessions and confidentiality
We treat what you share in coaching with care and keep it private as described in this policy. Please understand the limits:
- Coaching is not therapy or counseling, and coaching conversations are not protected by the legal privileges that may apply to doctors, therapists or attorneys.
- We may store session notes, recordings (only if you are told a session is recorded), and messages in the tools we use to run our business.
- We may disclose information if we believe in good faith it is required by law, legal process, or to protect someone's safety.
- Your signed coaching agreement, if you have one, may include additional confidentiality terms.
4. How we share information
We do not sell your personal information.
We share information with service providers that help us run our business. For example, we use GoHighLevel as our customer relationship management system, which supports our booking, scheduling, forms, text messages and email. We also use other providers for things like payments, email, website hosting and video calls. These providers may only use your information to provide services to us.
Our providers can change over time, and any list we publish may not always be up to date.
We may also share information:
- If required by law, subpoena or other legal process.
- To protect the rights, property or safety of karrie.ai, our clients or others.
- In connection with a merger, sale or transfer of all or part of our business.
- With your consent or at your direction.
5. Text messages (SMS)
If you give us your mobile number and agree to receive texts, we may send you karrie.ai text messages, such as booking confirmations, appointment reminders, rescheduling notices, follow-ups about your questionnaire or coaching, and, if you opted in to marketing, occasional offers and updates.
- Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchase.
- Message frequency varies.
- Message and data rates may apply.
- Reply STOP to opt out at any time. After you reply STOP, we will send one message confirming you have been unsubscribed.
- Reply HELP for help, or contact us at support@karrie.ai.
- Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Mobile information and SMS opt-in consent will not be shared or sold to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent are excluded from any sharing described in this Privacy Policy. We may share mobile numbers only with service providers that help us deliver our text messages, such as our messaging platform and carriers.

If you join our email list or book with us, we may send you emails. You can unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link in any marketing email or by writing to support@karrie.ai. We may still send you transactional emails, such as booking confirmations and replies to your requests.
7. How long we keep information
We keep information for as long as we need it for the purposes in this policy, including providing services, keeping business and tax records, resolving disputes and meeting legal obligations. When we no longer need it, we delete it or keep it in a form that no longer identifies you. Copies may remain in backups for a limited time.
8. Your choices and requests
You can ask us to access, correct or delete your personal information by writing to support@karrie.ai. We will respond within a reasonable time. We may need to verify your identity, and we may keep some information where the law requires or allows it, such as payment and business records.
Depending on where you live, including in Colorado or other US states, you may have additional privacy rights under applicable law, such as the right to opt out of certain uses of your information. To make a request, email support@karrie.ai. We will not discriminate against you for exercising your rights.
9. Security
We use reasonable efforts to protect your information. No website, app, text, email or storage system is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee the security of your information. You share information at your own risk.
10. Children
Our website and coaching services are intended for adults. They are not intended for anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If you believe a child has given us information, please contact us and we will delete it.
11. Links to other sites
Our website may link to other websites and services, including the karrie.ai app. Their privacy practices are governed by their own policies, not this one.
12. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will post the new version on this page and update the effective date. If changes are significant, we may also let you know by email or text. Your continued use of our website or services after an update means you accept the updated policy.
